IndeVisible: African-Native American Lives in the Americas

IndeVisible: African-Native American Lives in the Americas is a traveling exhibition curated jointly by the Nation Museum of the American Indian and the National Museum of African American History in Washington, D.C.

Themes of the exhibition parallel many of those expressed in our Section 14 – The Other Palm Springs exhibition displayed over the past year. Combining the voices of the living with those of their ancestors, IndeVisible: African-Native American Lives in the Americas sheds light on the dynamics of race, community, culture, and creativity and address the human desire to belong.
